Stuck on 67

I used the hint on room 67, but cant seem to move the center circle. Pressing it seems to move the upper right circle. I think Im stuck.
And there doesnt seem to be a way to contact the developers.

I would have liked to be able to play my Pandora while playing the game, but it disables all other audio while playing. Other than that, its a fun game. Some of the play is not intuitive. But fun, nonetheless.
